I'm ashamed to admit it. But it’s good that you should know.

In my last 10 years of web marketing I've made loads of mistakes. I’ve created products that haven’t generated a penny of profit, I’ve created promotional campaigns that have had zero results, and I’ve done tests and experiments which have turned out to be a complete waste of time and money. However it is thanks to all these mistakes and failures that I have been able to grow and improve.

Could I have taken a short cut and avoided all these trials and tribulations? Of course I could! If I’d been able to learn through other people’s experiences the journey would have been a whole lot shorter. But this wasn’t an option for me. First of all because, 10 years ago there were hardly any people at all who did have a wide experience of SEO and Web Marketing, to learn from. Secondly because, even today, "gurus" who have really lived the things that they teach (without having copied them from books or other people) are few and far between. And I don't trust them just as you probably don’t trust me right now.

But I ask you to give me a chance because....

In this course on Web Marketing and Positioning I will bring you my best and my worst experiences of web marketing and positioning since 1998. Especially over the last few years, since I moved overseas to experiment directly in the anglo-american market.

However in this course, I won't talk to you about secrets or extreme techniques. Rather I will tell you about genuine experiences and "stories from real life". Just like the ones my grandmother used to tell me by the fire when I was small. Stories which have a huge value for those who know how to profit by them.

In this course I will do the same thing with you. I’ll sit by the virtual fire of the projector and tell you stories and real life experiences of web marketing and positioning. Stories made up of experiences that I have personally lived through, the fruits of the mistakes, tests and practical experiments that are the core of my experience.
